Christmas Cheer!

These last few Christmas holidays have been so hard, not just for families but for individuals that are alone for the holidays. Toys for future learning!

Did you know that your child's toys are getting them ready for school learning  reading, writing and mathematics? Puzzles, shape sorting and Pegboards are great in challenging hand and eye coordination and problem solving skills so these prepare your child for mathematics.  Busy boxes, like mechanical toys, pop up toys and toys with knobs, buttons and leavers encourage fine motor skills and problem solving, they teach cause and effect so this too prepares for mathematics. Operation Smile is an international medical charity whose global network of thousands of credentialed medical volunteers from over 80 countries is committed to helping improve the health and lives of children from more than 60 countries. Since 1982, we've worked with local medical professionals, governments, hospitals and other NGOs to deliver the safest care to each of our patients, and have established care centers wherever possible to give children ongoing medical treatment.  Operation Smile continues to provide training and education for local medical professionals so they can provide care within their own communities and share their expertise. To date, we have provided hundreds of thousands of free surgeries for children born with cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities....

Back to school and getting ready for the cooler days...

Slowly we are noticing that the days are becoming shorter and cooler. As our little ones are going back to school or taking up class at home we are starting a new routine. I know as my grandson is starting his class on the home computer its time to get organized and to get him prepared for the busy days ahead.  First thing first is getting some breakfast into him. And turning 12 he loves to eat. So I try to get something healthy into him. Lets Go Green with Babygagaa Boutique!!

There are so many ways of going green, which creates a kind life, it helps inspire others toward healthy habits, happiness and doing better for the planet. Here are some ways we can become more green.... Cut back on plastic: There is often when I buy something in those clear plastic holders and then feel guilty when I throw it out. I bring my lunch with me when I go to work. I really don't go out to eat a lot so there is less waste in packaging.
